Sophie MacKlin

Sophie Macklin currently serves as a Tech Recruiter and previously held the role of Trainee Tech Recruiter at Thyme since March 2024, specializing in Engineering, DevOps, and Data Sourcing for SMEs and enterprises across the UK, EU, and USA. In addition, Sophie is an Intern Consultant at Fairisle. Previous experience includes working as a Barista at Costa Coffee from October 2022 to February 2024, and a Research Assistant at the University of Liverpool in May 2022. Sophie holds an MSc in Occupational and Organisational Psychology and a BSc in Psychology, both from the University of Liverpool, and completed secondary education at South Bromsgrove High.
