Hubert Lam

Hubert Lam is an accomplished leader in research and development with extensive experience in biopharmaceuticals and vaccine development. Currently serving as Vice President of Research and Development at Thymmune Therapeutics since November 2025, Hubert previously held the position of Vice President for Preclinical Development & Program Leader at Affini-T Therapeutics, where responsibilities included overseeing preclinical strategy and execution for cell therapies and biologics. Prior experience includes roles at Genocea Biosciences, managing preclinical development and clinical-stage programs, and positions at Sanofi focused on early vaccine development. Hubert's academic background includes a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular and Developmental Biology from Yale University and a B.A. in Biology from Colby College, complemented by extensive research experience as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at Harvard Medical School.
