Evan Derman

Evan Derman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Evan is currently the Chief Operating Officer at MedReality, where they address the problem of inaccessible patient data in the medical field. In 2014, Evan co-founded Thyng, a company that specializes in Augmented Reality and Social Media. At Thyng, they served as the COO and played a key role in bringing augmented reality scenes to life. Prior to that, Evan co-founded Loop Attachment Co. in 2010, where they oversaw all day-to-day operations. Additionally, they have worked in social media roles for companies such as Core Twelve, FRET12, theWit - A Doubletree Hotel Chicago Downtown, and Activ8Social. Evan has also worked as a Social Media Consultant, developing strategies for brands in various industries. In 2006, they worked as a Data Analyst at Priority Sports & Entertainment. Overall, Evan Derman has expertise in operations management, social media, and the integration of technology in different sectors.

Evan Derman began their education in 2005 at the University of Michigan, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sport Management. Evan completed this program in 2009. In 2008, Evan attended the University of Sydney for a brief period to study Australian Sport & Culture. Additionally, in 2006, they spent a semester at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, although the field of study pursued there is unknown.
