Andreas Claes

Andreas Claes, PMP, serves as the Head of Global Project Management at thyssenkrupp Industrial Solutions AG since October 2016 and has held multiple leadership roles at the company since April 2001, including Head of Division - Project Management Cement and Project Director for large-scale projects exceeding 500 million USD in regions such as Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Guatemala, and Bolivia. Prior to this, Andreas Claes worked as a Project Manager at Polysius de Argentina, focusing on local manufacturing and procurement, and as a Sales Manager at Krupp Polysius AG, where responsibilities included commercial negotiations and contract management. Early career experiences include roles as a trainee and student assistant in commercial administration. Andreas Claes holds a Diplom in Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen from Technische Universität Darmstadt and has completed an internship in environmental engineering at Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería, Lima-Perú.
