Barbara T.

Barbara T. serves as the Head of Diversity & Inclusion at thyssenkrupp and has extensive experience in fostering inclusive leadership and organizational culture transformation. They are a certified coach and an advocate for psychological safety, belonging, and speak-up culture. With a background as Senior Legal Counsel at both thyssenkrupp and thyssenkrupp Elevator, Barbara is also a board member of the PROUT AT WORK-Foundation and a member of the Matching Committee for the Initiative Women into Leadership. They hold a law degree from Universität Osnabrück and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Law from Rijksuniversiteit Leiden.
