Dirk Schulz

Dirk Schulz has extensive experience in information security management, currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at thyssenkrupp AG for the Automotive Technology business segment since August 2014. Previously, Dirk held the position of Information Security Officer and Lead IT Security Manager at thyssenkrupp Plant Technology, focusing on group function information security management. Prior to that, Dirk was the Network Security Manager at Outokumpu Nirosta GmbH from December 2012 to July 2014, and from October 2000 to December 2012, served as an IT System Administrator in Information and IT Security for ThyssenKrupp Stainless. Earlier roles include IT Consultant at Pronet Datensysteme GmbH and a temporary position in IT at KPE Computer. Dirk's education includes a degree in Fachinformatiker – Systemintegration from IHK Mittlerer Niederrhein.
