Duncan Stark

Duncan Stark currently serves as the Head of Intellectual Property for North America at thyssenkrupp, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Duncan was a Partner and Associate Attorney at Seed IP Law Group from August 2014 to April 2024, and an Associate Attorney and Patent Agent at Klarquist Sparkman, LLP from August 2012 to August 2014. Duncan Stark earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Washington School of Law (2009-2012) and holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering (2008-2009) and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (2004-2008) from Oregon State University.
