Lay See, Belinda started their career at Tyco International as a Senior HR Manager, where they successfully led various HR projects and played a significant role in revamping the Singapore HR operation. At Infineon Technologies, they served as the Director of Compensation and Benefits for the Asia Pacific region, responsible for implementing global C&B initiatives and ensuring local compliance. Afterwards, they joined GE as the ASEAN Compensation and Benefits Leader, supporting multiple business segments across the region. Lay See, Belinda then moved to thyssenkrupp, where they held the positions of Head of HR - Total Rewards and Performance and later became the Head of HR, overseeing both HR functions and driving performance for the Asia Pacific region.
