Patrick Radner has extensive experience in data protection and compliance, currently serving as the Head of Group Data Protection at thyssenkrupp since November 2011. In this role, Patrick oversees the Compliance Management System for Data Protection and holds the title of Rechtsanwalt (Syndikusrechtsanwalt). Prior positions at thyssenkrupp include Compliance Officer Data Protection and Corporate Legal Counsel in various departments focused on data privacy, IT, and labor law. Additionally, since December 2021, Patrick leads the Data Protection Working Group at DICO - Deutsches Institut für Compliance e.V. Patrick has furthered legal training through multiple internships and vocational training, including a Second State Examination from OLG Hamm and a First State Examination from the University of Münster.
