Ryan Bales

Ryan Bales is a skilled engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and tooling management. Currently serving as Toolroom Manager at thyssenkrupp since September 2023, Ryan oversees the operations of the Danville Forge Tool Room, managing multiple sectors including die conditioning and metallurgical sample preparation. Prior roles include Die Shop Group Leader and Tooling Engineer at North American Lighting, where responsibilities encompassed tool cost development for injection mold tooling and sourcing analytics.
