Mark Osborn is an experienced project manager with a strong background in commercial construction and steel furniture manufacturing. Currently serving as Project Manager at TI Builders since August 2020, Mark oversees projects in retail, industrial, hospitality, and mixed-use sectors. Prior to this role, Mark was the Owner/Manager at OZCOFAB LTD, where custom steel furniture and art were created from July 2018 to August 2020. Mark's extensive experience includes positions as Project Manager at Thomas General Contractors and RagingWire Data Centers, Inc., as well as a Senior Vice President role at Colorado Structures, Inc., and an Engineering Manager position at Al Saedan Company LTD in Riyadh.

This will range anywhere from project design, permitting, to guarantee of on-time construction.
