Mike Cimorelli is an experienced professional in real estate and business development, currently serving as a Sales Business Developer at TI Builders since April 2024 and as a Real Estate Agent with simpliHŌM since January 2020, specializing in helping clients purchase homes in Middle Tennessee. As the Founder of Cimorelli Home Group and a Contributing Writer for multiple publications, including Thrive Global and Kivo Daily, Mike also focuses on business and social media topics. Previously, Mike was a Founding Partner at 99MEDIA, overseeing business strategies, and worked as an Affiliate Broker at Exit Realty Music City. Additionally, Mike managed a portfolio of high-end short-term rentals in Malibu, CA as an Agent for an independent developer from 2014 to 2016.

In 2015, TI Builders added a Nashville division when company president Mike Cimorelli relocated his family here. Now, with locations in Nashville and Sacramento we have the resources to complete all aspects starting with concept to design to completion, that many clients so desperately need. This will range anywhere from project design, permitting, to guarantee of on-time construction.
