Benjamin Auman, CFA, FSA, is the Director and Head of Derivatives at TIAA. They began their career at TIAA-CREF as a Summer Intern in 2013 and subsequently held various roles, including Actuarial Associate and Senior Actuarial Associate, before advancing to their current director position. Auman holds a Bachelor of Science in Financial Mathematics from Brooklyn College, City University of New York, which they completed in 2014.
