Cathy Ivey

Cathy Ivey currently serves as Vice President of Inclusion & Diversity at TIAA-CREF, a position held since October 2020, where responsibilities include leading the inclusion and diversity strategy, implementation, and success measurement through data analysis. With a career at TIAA-CREF spanning over three decades, Cathy previously held roles such as Senior Director of Diversity and Inclusion, Senior Director of Institutional Retirement Services Planning, and various management positions in project, change management, and contact center operations. Cathy started as an Analyst at Credit Suisse in 1983. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University and ongoing certification in Diversity and Inclusion for HR from Cornell University.
