Chuck Budd has over two decades of experience in finance and talent attraction. Currently serving as Vice President of Talent Attraction Systems & Solutions at TIAA since May 2009, Chuck has also held positions including Director and Senior Manager of Sourcing Operations, as well as Finance Manager at the same company. Prior to TIAA, Chuck worked at Wachovia Corporation from May 2001 to May 2009, where responsibilities included managing a finance team. Chuck holds an MBA in Finance and Information Technology from Wake Forest University School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Iowa State University.
