David Stern has a diverse background in golf and customer service, beginning his career as an Apprentice Golf Professional at Ballantyne Country Club from April 2007 to May 2010, where responsibilities included merchandising, inventory control, and tournament coordination. From May 2010 to May 2016, David served as a PGA Assistant Golf Professional at The Peninsula Club, managing golf operations and focusing on instruction and fiscal management. Since August 2016, David has been a Sr. Customer Advocate at TIAA. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Elon University and a Master's in Physical Education with a focus on Sport Management from Florida State University.
