Jane Stackpole

Jane Stackpole is an enterprise transformation leader in financial services with over 25 years of experience driving profitable growth. Currently, as the Senior Director of Associate Experience at TIAA, they manage the enterprise implementation of Salesforce CRM and collaborate closely with stakeholders to enhance customer experiences. Jane's prior experience includes roles such as Wealth Management Client Experience Consultant and Head of Product Management at TIAA, as well as leadership positions at Fidelity Investments, E*TRADE, and Silicon Valley Bank. Jane is also pursuing advanced degrees at The Tuck School of Business and The Wharton School, building on a foundational education from Harvard University.
