John Huynh, MBA, is a Director and Lead Consultant for Business Continuous Improvement at TIAA, where they conduct analysis to enhance business processes and foster trusted relationships across the organization. With prior roles as a Data Lead and Senior Implementation Analyst at TIAA and Great-West Financial, respectively, John demonstrated expertise in complex retirement plan implementations and customer service.
