John Laughlin

John Laughlin is currently the Director of Datacenter Technology Planning at TIAA, leading a team responsible for the company's datacenters and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the enterprise. Previously, John held various leadership roles in information technology, including Director of Information Technology at Spectralink Corporation, where substantial cost savings and service enhancements were achieved. With a strong background in IT service management and infrastructure, John has successfully led teams and managed multi-million dollar budgets at institutions such as Ovintiv and EnCana Oil and Gas. John earned an Executive MBA from the University of Denver and is currently pursuing advanced degrees in Medical Biochemistry and Biology.
