Kathleen Roach

Kathleen (Katie) Roach is a seasoned analytics professional currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Analytics at TIAA. Previously, they held various positions at TIAA, including Senior Manager and Senior Analyst, and worked as an Assessment Research Specialist at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Research Coordinator at Atrium Health. Katie earned a Master's degree and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and completed a Data Science Fellowship with Correlation One.
