Ken Luck is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in social media strategy and public relations. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Social Media Programs at TIAA since September 2011, Ken leads the enterprise social media strategy and collaborates with various teams to execute campaigns that align with business objectives. Prior to TIAA, Ken worked as an Account Executive at RLF Communications, managing public relations initiatives and client services. Additional roles include Adjunct Professor at Elon University, Public Relations Specialist for Goodwill Industries, Account Executive at Clear Channel Radio, and Public Relations Coordinator at Carowinds. Ken holds a Master's degree in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's degree in English & Communications from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, as well as completing a Public Relations Seminar at Regent's University London.
