Lesley Hanlin

Lesley Hanlin, CPACC, is the Senior Director and Head of Accessibility and Inclusion at TIAA, where they lead initiatives to enhance digital practices for universal design and inclusion for individuals with disabilities. Prior to this role, Lesley served as VP of Digital Products Director at TIAA Bank, managing digital products across various banking domains. They have extensive experience in the digital marketing field, including founding Brown Dog Creative and holding positions at Shepherd Agency and Idea. Lesley holds a BFA in Design and Visual Communication from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago and an Associate of Arts from the University of Florida.
