Mark Saine

Mark Saine is the President of Take Flight Leadership and serves as the Managing Director of Client Leadership Solutions at TIAA, a role they have held since 1999. They also have extensive experience as an adjunct faculty member at Thomas Edison State University since 2004 and previously at Nyack College from 1994 to 2008. Mark earned a Bachelor's Degree in English from Anderson University, and holds both an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and an MS in Student Personnel Administration from Ball State University.
