Mike Hoffman

Mike Hoffman is a Senior Director, Finance Transformation Program Manager at TIAA, where they began in 2023. Previously, they held several leadership positions at TIAA-CREF focused on finance and actuarial management from 2013 to 2022. Mike's career includes significant roles at Bank of America, where they served as Assistant Vice President and Vice President in change consultancy and project management. They also gained experience as a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting from 2011 to 2013. Mike holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Morehead State University.
