Nicole DeVall, PMP, has nearly 15 years of experience in product management, business management, program management, and change management. They spent the last decade at TIAA, leading strategy and product delivery for the organization’s flagship annuity, while also having held various managerial roles focused on business effectiveness and continuous improvement. Nicole began their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where they developed high-quality solutions for clients. They hold a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from James Madison University, graduating Cum Laude.
