Parul Verma is an experienced healthcare professional specializing in project and program management within hospital and medical office settings. With over several years in roles such as Senior Scrum Master, Product Owner, and Quality Analyst, Parul has demonstrated proficiency in Lean methodologies, scaled agile frameworks, and Six Sigma processes. Currently serving as the Director of Program Management at TIAA, Parul leverages a passion for patient-centered care to enhance healthcare delivery and outcomes.
