Peter Gray is a seasoned UX researcher and behavioral scientist with over 20 years of experience in mixed methods research, specializing in adult learning and reproductive health. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher and Behavioral Scientist at TIAA, Peter employs a variety of research methods to derive actionable insights for customer experience. Peter has previously held roles at notable organizations, including Truist, Maximus, and University of Nevada-Las Vegas, where they contributed to significant projects in academia and industry. Peter holds dual B.A. degrees from UCLA in Geography/Environmental Studies and Anthropology, as well as a Ph.D. in Biological Anthropology from Harvard University.
