Randi Young

Randi Young is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and systems analysis within the financial services sector. Currently serving as a Senior Manager and Lead Development Manager at TIAA since 2019, Randi oversees annual budgets and stakeholder relations while leading a global application team to support Compliance business functions. Prior roles at TIAA and Nuveen included responsibilities as an AVP and Lead Systems Analyst, where Randi successfully delivered complex projects, managed budgets, and streamlined processes. Experience also includes positions at Accenture as a Development Lead, Sogeti as a Project Manager, and Scholastic as a Business Analyst. Randi holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and has foundational education in Chemistry and Mathematics from Lindenwood University.
