Steph Rezendes

Steph Rezendes is currently the Managing Director and Head of Sales Onboarding & Training at TIAA, a position held since 2023. Previously, from 2011 to 2018, Steph was a Senior Manager of Training and Development at John Hancock and served as Senior Director of Sales Training & Development at John Hancock Retirement from 2018 to 2021. Steph also worked as a Technical Coordinator at Putnam Investments from 2007 to 2010 and briefly as Head of Distribution Enablement at Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. in 2023. Steph holds an M.B.A. in Management from Daniel Webster College and a B.S. in Management from Bridgewater State University.
