Stuart Archibald

Stuart Archibald is the Senior Managing Director and Head of Wealth Strategy at TIAA, where they oversee the strategic direction of the Wealth Management business. Previously, they held roles as Head of US Wealth Management Strategy and Vice President of Asset Management Strategy at JPMorgan Chase & Co. Stuart has also worked at Booz and Company as a Senior Associate, leading strategy engagements across various industries. They began their career as a Senior Development Engineer at Bell Labs and Alcatel-Lucent, contributing to the development of cutting-edge telecommunications technologies. Stuart holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the Wharton School and is pursuing a B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of the West Indies.
