Stuart Spencer

Stuart Spencer has extensive experience in analytics and business transformation, currently serving as Director of Business Transformation Reporting and Analytics at TIAA from September 2019 to April 2024, after holding roles as Sr Manager in Shared Services Management Reporting and Customer Insights Contact Management Strategy. Stuart is also a Board Member at the North Carolina Theatre Conference since July 2020. Prior experience includes Senior Manager of Analytics at SnapAV from April 2016 to September 2019, Manager of Database Marketing, Analytics and Modeling at MetLife for a brief period, and a long tenure at Theatre Charlotte from May 2004 to January 2019, contributing as an actor, director, and volunteer in various capacities. Educationally, Stuart holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, attained between 1999 and 2004.
