Timothy Oates

Timothy Oates is a seasoned operations professional currently serving as the Director of Conflicts & Disclosures at TIAA. With extensive experience in call center operations management, they have successfully executed tactical initiatives while driving long-term strategies. Previously, Timothy held various roles at Fidelity Investments, including Operations Director and Call Center Operations Manager, and co-founded Denver Insider Tours. They earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics from the University of North Florida and the University of Florida, respectively.
