Tom Killen is the Vice President of Talent Management at TIAA, where they lead practices in Organizational Design and Effectiveness, Talent Review and Succession Planning, and Executive Coaching, among others. They previously founded Core Leadership and accumulated over 20 years of experience in talent management within high-performing organizations. Earlier in their career, Tom led talent initiatives at Bank of America and The Home Depot, and they hold an M.S. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from Clemson University, along with various professional certifications.
