Yolanda B.

Yolanda B. is currently the Director of Human Resources Business Partner at TIAA, where they align HR strategy with business objectives for the global asset management organization, Nuveen. They have extensive HR experience, having held various positions, including People Leader and Staffing Manager, from 2006 to 2014. In addition, Yolanda served as an adjunct professor at York Technical College, where they taught management coursework. They are pursuing a Doctor of Education in Organizational Learning & Leadership at The Graduate School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and hold degrees from North Carolina State University and Villanova University.
