Sharon Johnson

Sharon Johnson is currently a Remedy Architect at TIAG, where they lead the architecture and integration of BMC Remedy systems to support government operations. Their extensive experience includes over a decade as a Principal Engineer and Remedy Developer at Nightwing, where they focused on system modeling and software performance enhancement. Previously, Sharon served as a Senior Remedy Developer at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, managing the administration and development activities of the BMC Remedy ITSM Suite for the Army's Human Resource Command. They possess a background in Computer and Information Sciences from the University of the District of Columbia.
