Marlene D.

Marlene D. began their work experience in 1990 as a Human Factors Engineer at the US Army Natick Soldier Center. Marlene then worked at Arthur D. Little, Inc from 1994 to 2002, where they held the role of Associate Principal and led research and product design programs. Marlene also established and led the Human Interface Design group, implementing Human Systems Integration in product designs for clients. Marlene joined TIAX in 2002 as a Principal, and worked there until 2010. In 2011, they worked as a Program Manager at Cambridge Consultants, and also started their own business called So Squared Away as the Owner. Most recently, in 2014, Marlene became the Executive Director at TIAX.
