Head of Trading & Home Energy Management at Tibber

Jacob Dalton is the current head of trading and home energy management at Tibber. Prior to this, they worked as a community officer assistant at InnoEnergy from September 2016 to September 2017. In this role, they were responsible for developing the company's vast community of stakeholders and managing central procurement and finances across 8 EU locations. Their responsibilities included writing and assessing scopes of work, contract management, procurement, on-site coordination of subcontractors, management of construction work-lots, liaison with architects/structural engineering/building code consultants and suppliers, numerous site inspections (steel reinforcement/post tensioning, quality assurance, building code compliance, etc.), and health, safety and environment management as a member of the safety committee.

Jacob Dalton has a wide range of educational experiences, having studied at universities in Australia, Sweden, Spain, and the United States. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the University of New South Wales (UNSW), a Bachelor of Commerce from UNSW Business School, and a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. Jacob also has a certification in The Physical and Financial Power Markets from Nord Pool Consulting AS, and a certification in Construction White Card from SafeWork NSW.

Their manager is Filip Bertland, Country Manager, Sweden.
