Silvan Brütsch has worked in the gastronomy industry since the age of 16, starting as an apprentice cook and subsequently serving as a service employee while studying Facility Management. They are currently the Head of Facilities Management for a Swiss gastronomy chain and own a boat rental service on Lake Zurich. Silvan recognizes the disconnect between those who design restaurants and those who operate them, striving to bridge this gap to create optimal solutions for both parties. Silvan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management and is pursuing a CAS in Project Management at ZHAW.
