Thomas Lai is an experienced technology professional with over two decades in application management, development, and technical leadership. Currently serving as an Application Manager at TIC Group since July 2021, Thomas previously held roles such as Senior Consultant at Infosys and Senior Developer/Tech Lead at Isobar, where significant achievements included enhancing site performance and user engagement through innovative technical solutions. With a strong foundation in system integration, content management systems, and project management across various prestigious companies, Thomas’s expertise spans multiple technologies, including Oracle WebCenter Sites and Java. Thomas holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Syracuse University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
