Melissa Broughton

Melissa Broughton has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Melissa most recently served as the Chief People Officer at Ticker since July 2018. Prior to that, Melissa founded and directed their own HR consulting company, Broughton HR Solutions, from September 2015 to March 2021. Melissa also held the position of Head of People Services at PwC (formerly Booz & Company) from September 2003 to July 2015, where they collaborated with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and governance. Before that, Melissa worked as an HR Officer at Unum from July 2000 to August 2003.

Melissa Broughton obtained their MCIPD qualifications in HR from CIPD from 2001 to 2003. Prior to that, they completed their BA (Hons) in Business Studies at Nottingham Trent University from 1997 to 2000. Melissa also pursued A-Levels in Maths, Business Studies, and Media Studies at Reigate College from 1995 to 1997. Melissa's education started with their GCSEs at City of London Freemens School, which they completed from 1989 to 1995.
