Pratik M has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and organizational development. Pratik is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at smallcase, where they are responsible for setting up HR processes and building scalable business practices. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Head at Baazi Games, where they contributed to developing a positive employee experience. Pratik also served as the Vice President of Global Human Resources at Zimyo, where they focused on enhancing employee engagement and organizational trust. Pratik has previously worked as a Human Capital Strategist at The Brew, where they helped transform workplaces into high-performance environments. Pratik also played a key role as the HR Head at Collabera, where they addressed challenges related to talent management and attrition. Pratik started their career at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as a Gen Y Enabler and Human Capital Generalist, contributing to organizational design and development.
