Layla Jooya has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. Layla began their career at Tommy Hilfiger as a Cash Lead, followed by a Communications Intern at Annie's List, an Office Assistant at Dma Companies Inc., a Sales Associate at Urban Outfitters, an Onboarding & Customer Support at OnceThere, a Customer Success Intern at Ticketbud, a Customer Success Specialist at Ticketbud, and finally a Sales Associate at Prisma Vintage. From 2016 to 2019, Layla held the role of Head of Customer Success at Ticketbud, where they successfully managed and resolved an average of 100 inbound support requests per week via email, live chat, and phone, oversaw white-label support and account management for a large local event annually, and created and managed a comprehensive help center, including writing technical help articles for Ticketbud's tools and features.

Layla Jooya completed a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Media Management from St.Edward's University in 2015. In 2019, they attended The University of Texas at Austin – Center for Professional Education (CPE) and obtained a Full Stack Engineer certification from The Coding Boot Camp. Additionally, they hold certifications from Hootsuite Media Inc. (Hootsuite Certified Professional, obtained in March 2015) and Google (Google Analytics).
