Amanda Reeves is an experienced professional with a diverse background in ticketing, guest services, and talent management. Currently serving as a Box Office Agent at Brooklyn Bowl Philadelphia since October 2021, Amanda has also held positions such as Risk Manager at Ticketleap, where responsibilities include overseeing financial transactions and approving event payouts. As an Ambassador for CID Entertainment and a former Guest Services Associate for Live Nation, Amanda has demonstrated strong customer service skills. Previous experience includes roles in design operations at Urban Outfitters, where Amanda managed budget oversight and production calendars, as well as significant contributions to the Creative Artists Agency and The Endeavor Agency, focusing on scripted television and talent management.
