Bob Hatcher

Bob Hatcher is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Salesforce architecture and applications integration. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Salesforce Architecture at Ticketmaster since May 2021, Bob leads a team that provides innovative solutions across a global footprint. Previously, experience at Imprivata included management of applications architecture and integration, with a strong focus on Salesforce and NetSuite technologies. Bob has also held key roles at Intellinet, Ping Identity, Altico Advisors, LoJack Corporation, Aviva USA, and Accenture, demonstrating expertise in technical architecture, project management, and business analysis. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Boston College, an M.B.A. in Technology Marketing from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and additional studies at the University of Otago.
