They have specialized in operations team management, product specification, metrics reporting, and lean process analysis using Six Sigma principles. Cara has held various roles, including European Design Manager at eToys and Senior Director for Ticketmaster Maps, where they managed a team of 25 map designers across multiple regions. They also earned a Master's Degree in Design for the Environment from the University of the Arts London, focusing on wayfinding, map, and sign design. Currently, they are self-employed as a freelancer.
