Charles Raymond has extensive experience in software engineering, currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering at Ticketmaster since June 2017, after progressing from Senior Software Development Manager and Senior Software Developer within the same company. Prior to Ticketmaster, Charles was a Senior Software Developer at Jive Communications, Inc. for one year and spent a decade at LiveNation in the same role. Charles began in the IT department at Ministère des affaires internationales from 2005 to 2006. Academically, Charles holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Université Laval, completed in 2005.
