David Hamilton

David Hamilton is an accomplished financial executive with over two decades of experience in senior finance roles. Currently serving as CFO for Ticketmaster International since October 2001, David oversees financial management, reporting, and planning for all international operations outside North and South America. Previously, as UK Group Finance Director for Ticketmaster UK Limited, responsibilities included managing the finance department, preparing annual budgets, ensuring SOX compliance, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions. Prior experience includes serving as Financial Controller at Flextech Television, where oversight of finance department operations, monthly reporting, and handling tax and insurance matters were key responsibilities. David holds a BSc Hons in Mathematics from the University of East Anglia, completed in 1984, and has a solid foundational education from Kings College Wimbledon.
