Heather Knudson

Heather Knudson is a data analyst with a strong background in technology strategy and customer success, currently employed at Ticketmaster since February 2024. Previously, Heather held positions as a Senior Data Analyst and Data Analyst at A Place for Mom from January 2021 to July 2023. Earlier experience includes a Data Science Apprenticeship at Thinkful, where knowledge of data science standards was gained. Heather's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Museology from the University of Washington, with a focus on research, program evaluation, and consulting for non-profits, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Spanish from Trinity University.
