Joe Cooling

Joe Cooling is a Senior Product Designer at Ticketmaster, with prior experience as an Experience Designer for Dyson, where focus was on EMEA markets. As a Product Designer at Otrium, Joe led mobile app designs for both iOS and Android, enhancing user experience and interface to elevate the app as a flagship product. Joe's tenure at Knab involved improving onboarding processes and implementing UX/UI enhancements for banking services, while at Cancer Research UK, end-to-end UX work was carried out across various projects. Earlier roles included freelance production and project management at AnalogFolk, Creature of London, Publicis London, and Brand Culture Sport & Entertainment. Joe holds a BA Hons degree from Bournemouth University.
