Liam McFarlane has extensive experience in systems engineering and event management, currently serving as a Lead Systems Engineer at Ticketmaster since March 2018, with a progression through various engineering roles. Prior to Ticketmaster, Liam was a Zone Manager at Festival Republic from August 2013 to August 2022, overseeing camping areas at major UK music festivals, and held multiple roles at Virgin Media from October 2011 to August 2016, including Subject Matter Expert and UAT Analyst, where responsibilities included testing mobile customer management software. Liam also served as a Zone Manager at DF Concerts & Events for T in the Park 2016 and was an Events Supervisor at DC Site Services, managing stewards at numerous festivals and events. Additionally, Liam was selected as a Production Manager for the Virgin Media Pioneers project, successfully orchestrating a significant event at the Royal Opera House in 2012. Education was completed at Wood Green, Witney from 1999 to 2004.
